Some main recommendation-snapshots (p.21/22):...
"The Customer Journey of 2025 won't require patience any more.
* Guests don't want to wait in line at the check-in in front of the reception.
* They don't want to fill in their personal data over and over again.
* Automation and efficiency in customer contact is the basis of future's guests' satisfaction."
* What the guest wants, the research paper tells, is "the free choice of their communication channel with the hotel - at each point of his or her journey".
